![]() It wasn’t until my child’s health SUDDENLY WORSENED &steadily so for those 3years,AND during seeking out rental assistance to help pay these 2vile individuals during a rough period, that we realized just how much and how full this home is with lead! They NEVER FOLLOWED STRICT FEDERAL LAWS with disclosures etc!Now these putrid owners slapped CHEAP cosmetics over what I know is under all of it and it’s VERY MUCH POTENTIALLY DEADLY! Funny tho-STILL never had the lead issue corrected! Then put it up for sale with INTEGRITY,(i-n-t-e-g-r-I-t-y.boy that’s irony!)The lady I spoke with had a weird need to constantly defend every horrid issue I told her about. The home owned by Danna & Bob Schwartzmiller. These owners let myself & my special needs child and my 2other children sit with in for 3 years. Just spoke with Michelle Hill the listing agent for the piece of ungodly, disease ridden, dead Vernon rotting within the walls,LEAD FILLED, disgusting &deadly mold infested, home that sits on 123 Tipple Row Road,Greensburg Pa. Very disappointed and concerned for the new buyers. ![]() When he looked at the picture he even stated "I wouldn't buy this house" however ,the hand money is still not being released to us. I'm concerned that they will try to cover up the damage again as Robin stated her son is NOT required to disclose the water damage since he doesn't live there.I stopped in to meet with Bob (owner/broker) to attempt to rectify this situation. Since terminating the contract another buyer placed an offer on the home. We have already lost the appraisal fee money. We were declined therefore we exercised our right under paragraph 18b of the contract to terminate the agreement. We still wanted to purchase the home, but requested to have another contractor inspect the water damage as we were not comfortable with just having it painted with drylock as they decided to do. As you can see by the picture that is not accurate. In addition it was stated the damage was extremely limited to the 3 bottom steps. Upon notifying realtor of concern, we were told we would have to sign an as is addendum and there would be no further commentary on the issue. Robin H is the realtor and her sons company was the seller(home was a flip) While in the home we noticed water damage. ![]() The week of closing we finally got to go back in to check out some measurements and hook ups after multiple requests to do so. We were so happy to find our forever home.
